Twenty years ago we turned to God,
After the twin towers tumbled;
Comfort and Strength sought from Him,
With His aid we persevered.
Now a virus has come upon,
Instead of God, we turned to self,
Thinking we can conquer all;
No matter what we do, many still die,
Oh how foolish we’ve become.
