My name is Timothy Lee Batson, AKA Ms. Kitrenia Lee.

I have these panic and anxiety attacks caused by the Department of Corrections inflicting pain on people like me who have gender dysphoria disorder. I have been requesting sick calls and grievances and requests for female hormones and sex change counseling. Many of us inside have made these requests and received no help from the DOC.

We are facing unfair, unsanitary, and inhumane conditions of confinement and a lack of mental health and medical treatment. Living in these conditions inflicts pain and stress on us, and causes depression. These are violations of my constitutional rights — my first, eighth, and 14th amendment rights. I have freedom of speech and a right to receive equal access … to female perfume, makeup, wigs, panties and bras, skin-tight fitting female clothing and shoes.

Listed above is the name I was sentenced under, and my transgender female name I am going by. I’m asking for everyone to respect and treat me as they would respect and treat the females in their own families, their co-workers, and all females in positions of authority worldwide.
