My brother Rochester Anderson passed away on April 14, 2021, at the age of 36. When I got the news that my brother passed I couldn’t believe out of all people it was him. It’s been hard dealing with his death in here. I haven’t been able to grieve.

He was the youngest of 6 kids. He was a hard worker, honest, fun to be around, and loved by family and friends. He was a nice guy who loved his family and always put family first. He had a good sense of humor and kept a positive outlook even in bad situations. They called him Chedda because he loved money.

I’m six years older than him. I remember holding him in my arms as my mother cooked us food and rocked him to sleep.

Even after I went to prison, we stayed in contact by phone, and we were close. He will forever be missed and loved by his family and friends.
