Being locked up,
time
is the only thing that I have in my hands …
and have abundantly.

And though
time
stands between me and my loved ones,
between me and my future …
time
also gives me the
opportunity
to alter and mold
myself
into someone that I want to be.

Time,
I notice
is fleeting …
use it
or
lose it.

It can’t be saved or put aside.
So I must use it
wisely
while I have it,
and I do have it …
abundantly.
