Lyneka Little is the audience engagement editor at Prison Journalism Project.
In addition to her social media experience, Lyneka has a background in journalism and applies her news judgment to bite-sized social shares that increase engagement on social media platforms. Prior to joining PJP, Lyneka was the social media strategist for ImpactAlpha, a subscription-based impact investing news platform. She has also provided social media strategy for organizations such as Open Road Alliance, StartupHealth and Platform.org. She is the founder of Après Josephine, a website that seeks to amplify the work of the diverse community of France.
Lyneka began her career in journalism as a news assistant at The Wall Street Journal. In addition to writing and blogging for WSJ, Lyneka has written for ABC News, YoungEntrepreneur.com, Jet Magazine, People.com and various other publications. She has also interned for C-SPAN, People Magazine and O, The Oprah Magazine. She holds a journalism degree from Howard University.
