Johnny Page

Johnny Page is a formerly incarcerated student, activist, speaker, author, anti-violence educator and advocate. He’s committed to fighting for the right to access to higher education for the incarcerated and creating pathways for the formerly incarcerated on traditional campuses. Johnny is a co-founder of Community Anti-Violence Education (C.A.V.E.), an intergenerational community-based support system that seeks to reduce violence by providing safe spaces, trauma-informed education, and peer support. Johnny is also a co-director of programs and partnerships for ConTextos, a Chicago organization that explores trauma and other issues through memoir writing.
