Erica Graham
Erica is the programs associate at Prison Journalism Project. She believes in the power of the written word — while spoken words may be forgotten, written words preserve stories and create lasting impact. As a justice-impacted woman, she has facilitated evidence-based programs, including Nurturing Skills for Families and Reentry Skills Building. In these roles, she has supported incarcerated women in developing essential life skills, building resumes, preparing for reentry, and navigating conversations about their convictions and personal journeys with confidence and purpose. Erica first joined PJP as a contractor while pursuing her MBA at Louisiana State University Shreveport. Through her work, she is committed to fostering meaningful connections and empowering writers to share their stories.
